INA, Ill. (Aug. 7, 2023)—Join us September 6 through September 29 every Wednesday and Friday from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p. m. for a low-impact workout: Barre Basics with Charlotte Loss.
Barre is a low-impact workout that will have you sweating and toning your entire body. Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.
Takes place at º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Ina Campus, Rec Center: Room 119. $40 to register.
