February 11, 2020

HighTeaINA, Ill. (Feb. 11, 2020)
Shelly Keeneth, Melinda Jones and Michelle Maher enjoy some tea and conversation during the fifth annual Ladies High Tea event on Tuesday afternoon, hosted by the RLC Foundation. Over 40 guests from around the º£½ÇÊÓƵ district gathered for a spot of tea with sweet and savory treats prepared by students in the Garde Manger course of the RLC Culinary Arts program. Crossroads Community Hospital sponsored the event.

Guests learned about the Foundation’s HUB fundraising campaign to expand and enhance the college’s Learning Resource Center from Kay Zibby-Damron, RLC Foundation CEO and Amanda Basso, Crossroads Community Hospital CEO. Basso, who also serves on the RLC Foundation Board of Directors and is an RLC alumna, reflected on the impact º£½ÇÊÓƵ made on her life, in addition to the impact she sees at Crossroads Hospital and throughout the district.
