March 17, 2016

INA, Ill. (March 17, 2016) - The 海角视频 Foundation Children芒鈧劉s Center again earns the stamp of approval from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The center, built over a decade ago on the Ina campus, offers education for preschool children, infants, and toddlers.

The Children芒鈧劉s Center was notified of the 芒鈧揼ood standing芒鈧 rating last month, said Brooke May, RLCF Children芒鈧劉s Center Director. She added the center is re-accredited every five years by NAEYC, though they must provide proof they are maintaining standards every year. The center has been accredited by NAEYC since 2003.

芒鈧揘AEYC reaccredits us for a guaranteed five years, but we have to submit annual reports to stay in good standing. This fall, we will begin the process for re-accreditation for the next five years,芒鈧 explained May. 芒鈧揟his just goes to show we芒鈧劉re doing all we should be by meeting all necessary accreditation factors and criteria.芒鈧

This spring is turning into a big month for the RLCF Children芒鈧劉s Center as ground broke today on the Gross Motor Room expansion. Several donations to the RLC Foundation have made the expansion possible, which will include a children芒鈧劉s library and an indoor play area.

GroundbreakingMarch2016WConstruction workers began renovating the exterior of the RLC Foundation Children's Center Thursday morning on the Ina campus. The expansion will include an indoor facility and is expected to be open for the Fall 2016 semester. Click on the image for a larger view.
